All donations go towards the Kimberly Renee Poole Legal Fund, an irrevocable trust setup to cover legal expenses on her behalf. We need to raise a substantial amount to ensure she has access to the best attorneys, experts and investigators. Donations to the Kimberly Renee Poole Legal Fund are not tax deductible and we are not a 501(c)(3) entity. Donations must be considered gifts because they will benefit an individual (Kimberly Renee Poole).
